- Presentation of submissions to both national and local government
- Monitoring of resource consents, national and regional plans
- Involvement with Conservation Services Levy (Fisheries)
- Part of the wider Yellow-eyed Penguin Consultative Group and the Yellow-eyed Penguin Recovery Group – both administered by Department of Conservation – and open to all involved with yellow-eyed penguins, including tour operators, scientists, landowners and conservationists.
