How to leave a bequest
Please contact your solicitor or legal advisor about leaving a bequest in your Will (or to make a Codicil, an addition to your existing Will). The only information you require is the Trust’s legal name and charity registration number:

Making a legal Will is the only way to ensure your wishes will be met in relation to the distribution of your assets. A Will also helps to avoid confusion over your intentions and gives you peace of mind.

• Manage and advise on habitat restoration

How do I leave a legacy with te Tautiaki Hoiho Yellow-eyed Penguin Trust?

Contact your lawyer to make a legacy to the Trust in your Will, directly or as a Codicil
